L'HORTGRAND A.O.P. WHITE 2014
"Fourmi"

COTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC
ELEVAGE 1/3 EN BARrIQUE, 2/3 EN CUVES

80% Vermentino, 15% Roussanne, 5% Viognier.

 

This white wine from the Domain a Coteaux Du Languedoc, has a complex nose of fresh pears, white flowers and lightly toasted bread. Pale in colour it is clear and vibrant.

It is bold and opulence is nicely balanced by it’s fresh flavour, ending with hint of fennel and anise

Served at 12-14 C, it will be a white wine gastronomy, to accompany a grilled bass with herbs, or fried coquille St Jacques with saffron!

"La Cigale"
MONTPEYROUX
LANGUEDOC

40% Cinsault and 60% Grenache

A blend of Syrah , Cinsault and grenche- this wine is produced from the red juice before the skins are removed. The colour, reflections of violet. The nose develops notes of raspberry and candied cherries. The full and fruity flavour is long and beautiful.

 

Serve at 10 –12 degrees.

 

 

L'HORTGRAND I.G.P MONT BAUDILE 2010

Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah, Grenache.

This new wine is expressive, crisp and fruity (currant, cherry), supple and fleshy in the mouth. Peppery finish and refreshing.

COTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC

ELEVAGE EN CUVES
15% Cinsault, 35% Syrah, 20% Carignan ,30% Grenache.

It has dark red and purple dress has a shiny nose with notes of dark berries, cassis, but also blueberry, cocoa bean, mocha and liquorice. The palate offers a nice balance between matter and sweetness, with aromas of jam very greedy. Peppermint and menthol gives a final overall freshness and longueur.

COTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC

12 MOIS D'ELEVAGE EN BARRIQUES DE CHENE 
70% Syrah 20 % Grenache 10% Carignan

La robe est sombre, le nez éclatant sur les fruits noirs, le moka, le réglisse.
La bouche est ample, finement grillée, puissante et élégante. 
Ce vin a devant lui de belles années.


A servir à 16-18°C sur un navarin d’agneau, ou un magret aux cèpes.

Dark in colour, the glowing nose of black fruits, mocha, licorice.
The mouth is ample, finely toasted, powerful and elegant.
This wine will keep for many years.


Serve at 16-18 ° C on a lamb stew or a breast with porcini mushrooms.

A.O.C. MONTPEYROUX L'HORTGRAND 2011
COTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC
70% syrah, 30% Grenache.

matured for 12 months in oak casks

This deep crimson wine is a blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache. Has aromas of candied fruits, blackcurrants, chocolate and réglisse.

The elegant ample flavours are complimented by rich silky tannins and its freshness.

Serve at 16 – 18 degrees after opening and if possible decanting for at least 2 hours to enable all the aromas to permeate.idealy served with veal and a chanterelle sauce.

L'HORTGRAND VIN DE TABLE ISSU DE RAISIN SURMURIS

Muscat Petit Grain, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne.

 

This newcomer to the range is a white wine with bright golden color and marked on the nose with notes of pear syrup, quince, dried apricot and candied orange zests.
The sweetness is balanced by a refreshing lively and invigorating flavours with a final of sweet candied fruit.
Served at 14 ° C, it can typically be drunk with a dessert, or accompany foie gras and figs. "
